Buckham Fine Arts Project in partnership with Factory Two is pleased to announce BFAP: On Screen
Buckham Fine Arts Project launched BFAP: On Screen in 2020 as a collaborative printmaking project that fosters ties between multiple communities: artists, nonprofit organizations, and collectors. The project involves pairing invited artists with community-based Genesee County nonprofit organizations. Artists create original images highlighting the work of each non-profit. Then working closely with printers at Flint’s Factory Two, artists learn the screen printmaking process to create limited edition posters for each organization. Participating artists receive an honorarium for their creative and physical work on this project.
The limited edition prints will be sold by Buckham Gallery and proceeds from sales will be donated to the featured nonprofit organization, as well as two signed prints for their collection.
